Alkhaleej Training and Education Co.’s board of directors approved, today, Oct. 13, the spin-off of Al Khaleej Group Smart Link Contact Centers and BPO Solutions to act as an independent unit, according to a bourse filing.

 

The spinout will take place after obtaining the necessary approvals of the competent authorities.

 

The spun-off unit will introduce full-fledged contact centers solutions, and will also undertake the installment, management and monitoring of the contact centers, in addition to the technical support services, in line with the best global criteria.
