Saudi Real Estate Co. (Al Akaria) opened the nomination process for board of directors' membership, for the upcoming three-year term starting Jan. 31, 2022, to Jan. 30, 2025.

 

Nominations start today, Oct. 17, and end on Nov. 16, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The nominated members will be elected during the general assembly meeting – date for which will be announced after obtaining the necessary approvals from the competent authorities, in accordance with the conditions stipulated in the companies law and the corporate governance regulations.
