Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co. announced that Sultan Abdul Azim, Chairman of the Audit Committee, resigned on Oct. 17, according to a bourse filing.

 

The resignation, effective from its submission date, came as Abdul Azim was elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
