Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co.'s (GO) board of directors approved today, Oct. 25, the resignation of non-executive board member, Omar Subhi Abdul Karim Shanaa, effective Oct. 14, according to a bourse filing.

 

In a separate bourse filing, the company announced accepting Shanaa's resignation from his position as a non-executive audit committee member, which will take effect from Oct. 14.

 

The resignation from both positions came due to personal reasons.
