Anaam International Holding Group Co.’s shareholders are set to vote on electing members of the board of directors for the upcoming term, starting on Nov. 28, 2021, during the ordinary general assembly meeting that will be held on Nov. 22.

 

Shareholders will also vote on the formation of audit committee for the same term, according to a bourse filing.

 

In addition, they will also determine the committee's tasks and work controls, as well as the remuneration of its members.

 

The candidates are Ahmed Tariq Abdulrahman Murad, Raied Mohammed Abdullah Katy, and Khalid bin Waheeb Mohammed Mglad.

 

Shareholders can begin e-voting on the agenda items through Tadawulaty website, as of Nov. 18.
