Arab Sea Information Systems Co.'s board of directors, in a meeting today, Nov. 2, approved the establishment of a fully-owned limited liability company, specializing in cloud computing services.

 

According to a bourse filing, the new company will be based in Riyadh.

 

Any developments in this regard will be announced in due course, the company noted.
