The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) will deposit today, Dec. 9, Batic investments and Logistics Co.’s tradable rights into the accounts of the securities holders, according to a statement. 

 

The company’s shareholders approved increasing capital from SAR 300 million to SAR 600 million through rights issue worth SAR 300 million, Argaam reported.

 

The subscription period and tradable rights trading will start on Dec. 13.

 

The rights trading will end on Dec. 20, while the subscription process will close on Dec. 23.
