Sumou Real Estate Co.’s shareholders elected board members for the upcoming three-year board term, starting Dec. 24, 2021, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Dec. 8, according to a bourse filing.

 

The elected board members are Ayedh Farhan Al-Qahtani, Saeed Salem Al Nahdi, Faisal Abdullah Alkhaldi, Khaled Saleh Al Aqeel, and Essam Ahmed Kalthoum.
