Leejam board reappoints Ali AlSagri as Chairman, names Vice Chairman

Leejam Sports Co.’s (Fitness Time) board of directors reappointed Ali AlSagri as Chairman, and named Hamad bin Ali AlSagri as Vice Chairman and Managing Director, during its meeting held on Dec. 11, according to a bourse filing.
The board also formed the nomination and remuneration committee, to be headed by Mishal bin Ibrahim Al Mishari, and the executive committee, with Ali AlSagri and Tareq Alangari as members.
The audit committee formation was approved during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Oct. 14, 2021.
A board secretary and the company’s representatives at the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) were also appointed.
