Wafrah for Industry & Development Co.’s board of directors accepted the resignation of Acting CEO Maqid Alotaibi on Dec. 12.
The resignation was submitted for personal reasons and became effective from Dec. 10, the company said in a bourse filing.
According to data compiled by Argaam, Wafrah’s board appointed Maqid Alotaibi as Acting CEO, starting from Feb. 21, 2021.
