A hospital of Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Services Group

Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Services Group’s board of directors reappointed Sulaiman Al Habib, a non-executive member, as Chairman of the board, and Mazen Abdulrazzaq Al-Rumaih, an independent member, as Vice-Chairman, according to a bourse filing.

 

The board, in its meeting on Dec. 12, also formed the sub-committees and named a secretary of the board as well as the company’s representatives at the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).
