Arriyadh Development Co. (ARDCO) announced that all administrative and financial powers were transferred to CEO Jihad Al-Qadi, according to a bourse statement.

 

The developer added that the appointment of Managing Director Abdullah Al-Bahouth ended, upon his request.

 

Al-Bahouth will remain as a board member in the company.

 

On April 25, ARDCO announced transferring all management powers to Managing Director Al-Bahouth, Argaam earlier reported.
