Development Works Food Co.’s board of directors approved the resignation of board member AbdulRahman Al Asmari, effective Dec. 20, 2021, according to a bourse filing.

 

The board also appointed Abdullah Al-Fadhli as an independent board member, starting Dec. 21, until the end of the current term.

 

In addition, the company’s board of directors named Bashar Abalkhail as an independent board member, starting Dec. 21, and until end of current term.

 

These appointments are subject to the approval of the upcoming general meeting.
