Abdullah Saad Mohammed Abo Moati for Bookstores Co. (Abo Moati) renewed, on Dec. 19, a Sharia-compliant credit facilities agreement worth SAR 50 million with Bank AlJazira, according to a bourse statement.

 

The one-year agreement is secured by a promissory note, the statement said, noting that there are no related parties in the agreement.

 

The facilities will be used for financing the company's working capital.
