Shareholders of Southern Province Cement Co. (SPCC) approved the formation of the audit committee, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) held on Dec. 19, according to a bourse filing.

 

They also approved the committee’s duties, work regulations and remuneration of its members for the new three-year term, starting from Jan. 1, 2022, until Dec. 31, 2024.

 

The committee members are Ahmed Ali Abdul Karim Al-Luhaidan (independent), Mansour bin Abdulaziz Al-Saghir (non-executive), Jaser bin Abdullah Aljaser (independent), and Abdulhameed bin Saleh Al Khalifa and Adeeb bin Muhammad Aba Nami (non-board members).
