AXA Cooperative Insurance Co.'s shareholders, during the ordinary general meeting to be held on Jan. 16, will discuss appointing board members to complete the current session, according to a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders will vote on appointing Osama Kishk as a non-executive board member, starting from his appointment date on Sept. 6, 2021, until the end of the current term on July 31, 2024, replacing Nicolas De Nazelle.

 

They will also discuss appointing Bijan Khosrowshahi, Jean Cloutier and Farid Saber as non-executive members, starting from Sept. 6 until the end of the current term.
