Baazeem Trading Co.’s shareholders will elect a new board of directors for the upcoming three-year board term, starting Jan. 26, 2022, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) slated for Jan. 20, 2022, according to a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders will also vote on the formation of an audit committee, to be headed by Mohammed Al-Fares, for the same term.

 

E-voting will start as of Jan. 14, 2022, the statement added.
