Shares of Allied Cooperative Insurance Group (ACIG) will trade ex-rights today, Dec. 29, if the company’s shareholders approve the capital increase.

 

The insurer's extraordinary general meeting (EGM) will vote on the board's recommendation on increasing capital from SAR 141 million to SAR 291 million, through offering SAR 150 million rights issue.

 

The capital hike aims to boost the company's financial solvency and expansions.
