Riyad REIT Fund's board of directors recommended to take the necessary procedures to start increasing capital, which requires obtaining the approval of the relevant official authorities and unitholders, the fund manager Riyad Capital said in a bourse filing.

 

The move will reflect positively on the fund, Riyad Capital added.
