Fitaihi Holding Group opened today, Jan. 3, the nomination process for the board of directors’ membership for the upcoming session, starting April 22, 2022, until April 21, 2025.

 

Nominations will run until Feb. 5, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

At least three of the seven members will be independent based on the corporate governance regulations issued by the Capital Market Authority (CMA).
