Saudi Airlines Catering Co. (SACC) shareholders starts today, Jan. 5, the electronic voting on the agenda items of its extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) that will be held on Jan. 9, according to a bourse filing.

 

The step follows the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) directives enabling shareholders to participate and vote on related meeting agenda through Tadawulaty system, in line with the government’s efforts to prevent the spread of coronavirus.

 

Shareholders will vote on amending Article 4 of its bylaws to add “lab operations” to the company’s business activities at the EGM, Argaam reported.
