Fawaz Alhokair appoints Mohamed Mourad as board member

Fawaz Abdulaziz Alhokair Co. appointed Mohamed Mourad as a new board member (non-executive) until the end of the current board term.
The membership is effective from Jan. 5, 2022, the company said in a bourse filing.
He will succeed independent member, Mansour Abdulwahhab Qadi, who resigned on Jan. 4, 2022, due to personal reasons.
Mourad brings along 28 years of global management experience in technology, retail, consumer goods and e-commerce. He held various senior leadership roles at major tech companies, including nearly 10 years at Google.
The appointment will be submitted to the first upcoming general assembly meeting for approval.
