ACWA Power Building

ACWA Power’s board of directors reappointed Mohammad Abunayyan (non-executive) as Chairman and named Paddy Padmanathan (executive) as Vice Chairman, according to a bourse filing.

 

The board, in its meeting yesterday, also formed the board committees, and named a board secretary as well as the company’s representatives at the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).
