Saudi Airlines Catering Co.’s shareholders are set to elect members of the audit committee for the new term starting Jan. 26, 2022, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) that will be held on Feb. 13.

 

They will also vote on determining the committee’s responsibilities, framework, and remunerations, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders will be able to electronically vote on the agenda items through Tadawulaty services starting from Feb. 10 until the end of the general assembly meeting.
