Units of Mulkia Gulf Real Estate REIT have their ex-dividend today, Jan. 24.

 

The fund's board of directors declared a 1.8% cash dividend, at SAR 0.18 a unit, for the fourth quarter of 2021.

 

The fund will distribute the dividend within 15 business days from the record date.
