ACWA Power’s shareholders will discuss appointing the company’s auditor, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM), slated for Feb. 17, 2022, according to a bourse filing.

 

The auditor is entitled to review financial statements for Q2, Q3 and Q4 of 2022 in addition to Q1 2023, the statement added.
