Units of Musharaka REIT Fund have their ex-dividend today, Jan. 27.

 

The fund's board of directors declared a 3% cash dividend, at SAR 0.30 per unit, for H2 2021.

 

The fund will distribute the dividend within 15 business days from the record date.
