Elm IPO: subscription period, key dates

Retail investors start, today, Feb. 3, subscription to 7.2 million shares of Elm Co., at SAR 128 a share.
Subscription period for the IPO will continue for four days until Sunday, Feb. 6.
The company is offering 24 million shares in an IPO, representing 30% of its capital, of which 30% was allocated to retail investors and 70% to institutional investors, according to data compiled by Argaam.
