The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) announced today, Feb. 27, that the subscription period and tradable rights trading for Al-Baha Investment and Development Co. will start tomorrow, Feb. 28.

 

The rights trading will end on March 7, while the subscription process will close on March 10.

 

Al-Baha shareholders approved the board of directors’ recommendation to increase capital via a SAR 120 million rights issue, Argaam reported.
