Banque Saudi Fransi’s (BSF) board of directors approved the resignation of Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Rayan Mohammed Fayez, effective as of May 31, 2022, according to a bourse filing.

 

Fayez, who will maintain his position as a board member, will join a quasi-governmental body.

 

Any further developments related to the appointment of a new or acting CEO of the bank, will be announced in due course.
