Fitaihi reappoints Ahmed Fitaihi as Chairman, Ibrahim Al-Madhoun as Vice Chairman

Fitaihi Holding Group announced that its board of directors approved today, April 26, reappointing Ahmed Fitaihi as Chairman and Ibrahim Al-Madhoun as Vice Chairman, according to a bourse statement.
The board also approved the formation of the nominations and remunerations committee, the investment committee and the risk management committee.
