Abdullah Al Othaim Markets Co.’s shareholders authorized the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2022, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on May 16, according to a bourse filing.
The approval included determining the eligibility and distribution dates, in accordance with the regulatory rules and procedures.
Al Othaim distributed 40% cash dividends for 2021, according to data available with Argaam.
