Wafrah for Industry and Development Co.’s trading period for the rights issue and new shares subscription will begin tomorrow, June 20, the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) said in a statement.

 

The rights issue trading period will close on June 27, while subscription for new shares will go on till June 30, the statement added.

 

On June 14, Wafrah’s shareholders approved a capital increase via a SAR 154.3 million rights issue, Argaam earlier reported.
