The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) implemented securities quantity increase for Al-Etihad Cooperative Insurance Co. into the accounts of eligible holders today, July 5.

 

Earlier this week, the company’s shareholders approved increasing the company’s capital by 12.5% to SAR 450 million from SAR 400 million through a one-for-eight bonus issue, Argaam reported.
