Allianz Saudi Fransi Cooperative Insurance Co. board of directors accepted the resignation of board member, Antoine Issa (non-executive) as of July 13.

 

Issa submitted his resignation on June 30, citing personal reasons, the company said in bourse statement today, July 14.
