Mouwasat Medical Services Co. will open, on Aug. 25, nominations for the board of directors’ membership for the upcoming three-year term, starting Jan. 4, 2023, the company said in a bourse filing.

Interested and eligible shareholders can submit membership requests until Sept. 25.
