Al-Jouf Mineral Water Bottling Co. shareholders elected new board members for the upcoming three-year term ending on Aug. 30, 2025, during the ordinary general assembly meeting, held on Aug. 31, according to a bourse filing.

 

The new board includes Ashri Saad Al-Ashri, Fahad M. Al-Habdan, Musa Al-Fouzan, Hisham Moqren and Mohammed Al Suraia.

 

They also approved the formation of the audit committee and set its fees, for the same term.

 

The audit committee will include Hisham Moqren, Fahad A-Habdan and Mohammed Abdullah Al-Mubarak.
