Banque Saudi Fransi appoints Bader Alsalloom as CEO

Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF) board of directors decided in a meeting on Sept. 5 to appoint Bader Hamad Alsalloom as CEO.
In a statement to Tadawul, BSF said the appointment is effective Sept. 6.
Alsalloom was the acting CEO and Head of Wholesale Banking Group at BSF. He also has a vast experience in the banking industry, where he held different leadership positions.
The BSF's board of directors approved in March the resignation of Managing Director and CEO Rayan Mohammed Fayez, effective as of May 31, 2022, according to Argaam. Fayez maintained his position as a board member and joined a quasi-governmental body.
Alsalloom was appointed acting CEO as of June 1.
