Real Estate subdivided units up 88% in Q3 2022: Official

Saudi real estate units’ subdivision service reported over 88% increase year-on-year (YoY) in the number of subdivided units to nearly 19,000 in Q3 2022, said Muhannad Al Aboud, the Subdivision Service Director, in a statement.  

 

The number of the subdivided units has exceeded 207,000 real estate units since the program was launched. Jeddah recorded the highest number of subdivided units of over 53,000.
