SACO’s Chairman Abdul-Rahman Jawa resigns for personal reasons

Saudi Co. for Hardware’s (SACO) board of directors accepted the resignation of the company’s Chairman and board member, Abdulrahman Jawa, for personal reasons, according to a filing on Tadawul.

 

The resignation is effective from today, Nov. 3, the statement added.
