Arabian Drilling Co. (ADC) opened today, Nov. 29, nominations for two board-member vacancies for the current three-year term, ending Dec. 1, 2026, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Interested and eligible shareholders can submit membership applications until Dec. 28.
