ACWA Power Co. opened today, Nov. 29, the nomination process for one board-member vacancy for the current three-year term, ending on Jan. 4, 2025, according to a Tadawul statement.

 

Interested and eligible shareholders can submit their nomination requests until Dec. 29, the statement added.
