Saudi Real Estate Market witnesses 130,000 sells, buys in first phase

As many as 250,000 transactions were conducted during the trial launch of the Saudi Real Estate Market, the Ministry of Justice stated.

 

The sale and purchase transactions amounted to 130,000, while the sorting and consolidation reached 100,000. The number of mortgages stood at 20,000.

 

Minister of Justice Walid Al-Samaani launched the Real Estate Market on Aug. 27, Argaam reported.

 

The market allows easy buying and selling of properties, in addition to helping beneficiaries to leverage mortgage services electronically. It also offers the consolidation and sorting of real estate deeds, as well as deeds updating.
