Emaar EC’s EGM to vote on electing board members, amending purpose

Emaar The Economic City (Emaar EC) set Sept. 25 to convene the extraordinary general meeting (EGM), it said on a statement on Tadawul.

 

Shareholders will vote on electing the board of directors for the new three-year session, which begins on Sept. 26, 2023.

 

They will also vote on amending Article 3 of the company’s bylaws, related to the company’s purposes.
