Arabian Cement shareholders elect board members

Arabian Cement Co.’s (ACC) shareholders elected board members for the upcoming three-year term starting Jan. 1, 2024, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Dec. 17, according to a statement to Tadawul.
The new members include Yousef Abalkhail, Saud Al-Sulaiman, Mutaz AlAzzawi, Fahad Alissa, and Talal Alrasheed, among others.
Shareholders also approved amending the regulations of the audit as well as the nomination and remuneration committees, in addition to amending the criteria for involvement in competitor businesses.
The reward policy for board members, committees, and executive management was also amended, the statement added.
