Emaar EC board approves CEO request not to renew contract

Emaar The Economic City (Emaar EC) said its board of directors approved on Feb. 26 CEO Cyril Piaia’s request to not renew his contract, which will end on Aug. 31, 2024. The notice period begins today, Feb. 27.

 

Managing Director Mansour Al-Salem will continue to undertake the management of the company, Emaar EC said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Any material developments in this regard will be announced, the statement noted.
