REGA requests property owners in 56 districts to register

Saudi Arabia's Real Estate General Authority (REGA) called on property owners to register their properties in 56 districts across Riyadh, Dammam, and Madinah from until March 28, 2024.

 

In a statement, REGA said the first phase of registration will take place with no fees on the Real Estate Registry (RER) e-platform, with owners of both residential and commercial properties submitting a registration form along with the related documents.
