Thimar sets up new firm for real estate investments

Thimar Development Holding Co. established a new 100%-owned, one-person limited liability company named Thimar Towers Development and Real Estate Investment Co.
 
In a statement to Tadawul, Thimar said the new company is headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
 
The company was set up to support Thimar's business and strategy with regard to real estate investments and development, the statement noted.
