MOBI board proposes 15% cash dividend for Q2 2024

MOBI Industry Co.'s shareholders approved mandating the board of directors to distribute dividends semi-annually or quarterly for 2025, according to a Tadawul statement.

 

The approval came during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Nov. 7.

 

Shareholders also gave the go-ahead for electing board members for the next four-term from Nov. 7, including Abdulah Al-Nasser, Fahad Al-Nasser, Saad Alajlan, Asma Hamdan, and Yasser Al Qahtani.

 

Further, shareholders appointed Turki Abdul Mohsen Alluhaid and Saleh Abdullah Al-Yahya Certified Accountants and Auditors Co. as an auditor to review the company's financials for Q1, Q2, Q3 and Q4 2025 and Q1 2026.
