Saudi Ceramics elects board members for new term

Shareholders of Saudi Ceramic Co. (Saudi Ceramics) elected board members for the upcoming four-year term starting April 1, 2025, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on March 26.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the newly elected board includes Youssef Abalkhail, Abdulaziz Al-Khuraiji, Ahmed Al-Ghamdi, Mohammed Al-Kathiri, Majid Al-Issi, Abdullah Al-Zahrani, Salah Al-Hizami and Muath Al-Zamil.

 

Meanwhile, shareholders authorized the board of directors to distribute interim cash dividends on a quarterly or semi-annual basis for 2025.
